1. General Disclaimer
The Masked Repairer provides automotive repair and refurbishment services based on industry-standard techniques and practices. While every effort is made to ensure high-quality results, The Masked Repairer accepts no liability for loss, damage, or costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, unless caused by proven negligence.

2. Warranty Policy
We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty on all body repairs completed by The Masked Repairer. This covers defects in the repair process, excluding:

• General wear and tear
• Damage due to improper care or neglect
• Future collisions, impacts, or vandalism
• Rust reappearance on previously corroded areas

Paintwork warranties are subject to proper aftercare. Alloy wheel refurbishment warranties cover peeling or flaking under normal use, but not curb damage or aggressive cleaning.

3. Refund Policy
Deposits for scheduled work are non-refundable unless canceled within 24 hours of booking. Refunds for completed work will only be considered in cases of proven workmanship defects, assessed and approved by our technicians.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please contact us immediately so we can review and address your concerns.

4. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as name, phone number, email, or vehicle details) is stored securely and used solely for service-related communication, estimates, and record-keeping.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties, unless required by law or with your express permission. For marketing updates or offers, we will only contact you if you've opted in.

You may request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by emailing admin@themaskedrepairer.co.uk.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, and branding associated with The Masked Repairer are the intellectual property of the business and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
